To successfully communicate my idea, I use various tools like Powerpoint, Photoshop and Figma to create wireframes and prototypes for stakeholders. Below are a few NDA-compliant slides I am able to share.
Category Page Redesign
The following proposal was presented to senior leadership and stakeholders at Home Depot Canada. As I was presenting to a wide audience with no working relation to ecommerce, but had decision-making responsibilities, I levelled the field by presenting the idea to the audience as if they were walking through the store as online shopping experiences can easily be overlapped with how a customer would buy a product in a physical store. This allowed all stakeholders to relate to the idea and make a favourable decision to move forward with this new layout and be implemented throughout the Home Services Category pages which hold hundreds of services.
DEI: I Speak Your Language, Digitized
I Speak Your Language is an initiative that empowered associates to speak their native tongue to customers for better customer relationship building, but is not maintained. To assist in this initiative I researched more about language and the benefits it could have on the business. The following is a few slides of a 70+ document of research, ideas, mocks, and customer journey to present to stakeholders.
